Article Processing Charges (APC)
Rules & Procedures
1. Fee Structure
The standard APC applies to all peer-reviewed manuscripts accepted for publication
-
Standard APC Rate: [e.g., 400 EUR / 450 USD] per accepted paper.
2. Strict Ethical Rules & Regulations
To maintain absolute scientific integrity and comply with international indexing standards (COPE, Scopus, PubMed), the journal enforces the following rules:
-
Editorial Independence: The peer-review process is managed entirely independently of the journal’s financial operations. Reviewers and editors have no access to payment status, and payment capability has zero impact on editorial decisions.
-
No Pay-to-Publish: Paying an APC guarantees publication only after a paper has been deemed scientifically sound and accepted through rigorous double-blind peer review.
-
Withdrawal Policy: If an author decides to withdraw their manuscript after it has been officially accepted and typesetting has begun, a processing fee of 25% of the APC will be charged.
-
Retraction Policy: No refunds will be issued if an article is retracted post-publication due to data falsification, plagiarism, or other severe ethical violations.
3. Step-by-Step Payment Procedure
Authors must navigate the following administrative workflow upon the acceptance of their manuscript:
Step 1: Manuscript Acceptance
Once the peer-review process is complete, the corresponding author receives an official Letter of Acceptance from the Editor-in-Chief.
Step 2: Invoice Issuance
Within 3 business days of acceptance, the Editorial Office issues an official digital invoice to the corresponding author, detailing the payment instructions and safe transaction links.
Step 3: Payment Execution
The author executes the payment within 14 business days;
